Queen of the Museum Exhibiiton

The museum has installed an onsite permanent display about Lizzie, but we are developing a more extensive traveling exhibition about her to reach a wider audience. We'll post updates here about our progress and its availability.

Our focus since being gifted the collection in 2013 has been on digitizing and conserving the photographs and archives that came with the collection. Thanks to a number of grants and private donations, all 2,000 plus of her images have been scanned to high resolution and the original images in her photo albums have been stabilized.

Now that the original collection is conserved, we can focus on designing an accessible touring exhibition.
